All payments submitted through the Lazy Labs website are processed using secure, encrypted payment technology provided by trusted third-party payment processors.

Your billing statement may display the payment descriptor associated with Lazy Labs or our authorized payment processor.

If you do not recognize a charge, please contact our customer support team before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and assist you.

By completing checkout, you certify that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• Your purchase is intended solely for lawful laboratory or scientific research.
• You understand that all Lazy Labs products are sold For Research Use Only (RUO).
• Products will not be used for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical applications, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Lazy Labs reserves the right to refuse service if these requirements are not met.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing name, billing address, shipping address, contact information, and payment details.

Incorrect, incomplete, or unverifiable billing information may delay order processing or result in order cancellation.

Submitting payment does not guarantee order acceptance. All transactions are subject to payment authorization, fraud screening, inventory availability, compliance review, and research-use verification. Lazy Labs reserves the right to decline or cancel any order before shipment.

To protect our customers and reduce fraudulent activity, we may request additional information before processing certain orders, including identity confirmation, billing verification, research-use confirmation, and additional documentation supporting the order. Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of the order.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, pricing or technical errors may occasionally occur. Lazy Labs reserves the right to correct such errors, cancel affected orders, and issue refunds where appropriate.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout where required by law. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their jurisdiction.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized. Common reasons for payment failure include insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, card issuer declines, fraud prevention measures, and payment processor restrictions. If your payment is declined, please contact your financial institution or try another approved payment method.

Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified, fraudulent activity is suspected, billing or shipping information cannot be confirmed, research-use eligibility cannot be established, products become unavailable, or the order violates our Terms & Conditions or applicable law. If payment has already been captured for a canceled order, any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for processing after approval. Your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing concern, please contact Lazy Labs before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Our support team can often resolve billing questions quickly and efficiently.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in order cancellation, account suspension, refusal of future service, and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor during dispute resolution.

All Lazy Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic applications, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the intended research-only nature of our products and agree to use them in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
