At Lazy Labs, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. Due to the specialized nature of research peptides and laboratory materials, we maintain a limited Returns & Refund Policy to protect product integrity and ensure the highest quality standards.
By placing an order with Lazy Labs, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Research Products
All products sold by Lazy Labs are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only.
Because research compounds cannot be verified once they leave our facility, all sales are generally considered final unless an order qualifies under one of the exceptions listed below.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund
We may provide a replacement or refund if:
- You received the incorrect product.
- Your order arrived damaged during shipping.
- An item is missing from your shipment.
- A verified fulfillment or processing error occurred on our part.
All claims are subject to review and approval.
Damage During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the shipping box, product packaging, and any visible damage.
- Contact Lazy Labs through the contact information on our website within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photographs with your request.
Once approved, we may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Failure to provide photo documentation may result in denial of your claim.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Reconstituted peptides
- Products that have been altered or contaminated
- Improperly stored products
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers
- Refused or abandoned shipments
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Products purchased for any purpose other than laboratory research
- Claims submitted without proof of purchase or supporting documentation
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment, been packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically occurs within 3–5 business days after approval.
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by Lazy Labs.
Unauthorized Returns
Do not return products without prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a report where applicable.

All Lazy Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapeutic applications.
